Balloon Ceiling

Hi Guys,
Just thought I'd share somethink with you..tomorrow I'm decorating a superb local venue for an 18th Birthday party..great designs. However, I've been asked to do a 100 balloon ceiling. This would normally be ok but the part my client has hired is the only part without a suspended ceiling!! Totally exposed beams ect..wehey..a challenge is always great but I'm not able to magic a ceiling in a few hours...Harry Potter where are you??
